This is a collection of excellent quality master recordings featuring outtakes, alternate versions, rehearsals, and jams all recorded from May to October of 1968 during the recording of The White Album.

All versions previously unreleased on official 1968 album and single!

36 tracks across its four sides, sourced from the "White Album" recording sessions that took place between May 30 and October 14, 1968, at EMI (Abbey Road) and Trident Studios in London, produced by George Martin.

The collection features outtakes, alternate versions, instrumental backing tracks, rehearsal recordings and spontaneous jam sessions. Highlights include the first take of "Hey Jude" (a song originally released only as a single), a stripped-down version of "Dear Prudence" featuring only vocals, guitar and drums, an acoustic rendition of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", a version of "Martha My Dear" without the string and brass arrangements, and an improvised performance of "(You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care", the rock and roll classic performed by Elvis Presley in the 1957 film "Jailhouse Rock".
